Your child does not need to be a strong Science student before joining. We welcome students who are willing to participate, practise and act on feedback. Please tell us about relevant learning or medical needs before enrolment so that we can discuss class suitability. A place remains subject to availability and confirmation.

WhatsApp Mr Daniel at 9365 1228 to discuss the class and obtain a quotation. Before payment, we will agree in writing on the intended start date and acceptable class level, lesson mode, location where applicable, and times.

Pay the quoted lesson package and applicable registration and Learning Pack fees through PayNow to UEN 202502484D. Enter your child’s full name in the payment remarks and send the payment screenshot to Mr Daniel only. Standard enrolment covers four lessons, or the remaining lessons if fewer than four remain before programme end.

Priority follows the WhatsApp timestamp of the valid payment screenshot. A seat is confirmed only after full payment and Mr Daniel’s confirmation of an available timeslot. If your preferred class is full, we may offer another available class or priority waitlist placement. Payment alone does not guarantee a particular timeslot.

Your quotation will identify the lessons covered by your selected package. From academic year 2027, students receive the full current-year Bestminds Learning Pack regardless of joining date. Its annual fee is not prorated. Relevant earlier online lesson recordings are also available, subject to recording availability and the access periods below.

P5 students completing the programme retain recording access through 31 December of that academic year. P6 students completing the programme retain access through the end of their PSLE Science paper day. Early withdrawal or termination ends access on the effective cessation date.

Please contact Mr Daniel with your child’s level and preferred class. Joining depends on an available place, a suitable class and the lessons remaining. We will confirm the arrangements and fees before payment. If fewer than four lessons remain, the quotation will cover only those remaining lessons.

For the 2027 programme, we offer separate onsite and online classes:

• Bukit Timah: 170 Upper Bukit Timah Road, Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, #B2-13B. Sunday classes, approximately a two-minute sheltered walk from Beauty World MRT.
• Tampines: Blk 201E Tampines Street 23, #02-106, behind the McDonald’s at Tampines East CC. Saturday classes, approximately a ten-minute walk from Tampines East MRT.
• Yishun: Blk 156 Yishun Street 11, #01-497. Access the second floor through the rear entrance via Little Smarties Student Care. Friday classes, approximately a five-minute walk from Yishun MRT.
• Online: Live, interactive classes through ClassIn.

Regular classes are fully onsite or fully online, rather than a hybrid of both. Please confirm the available timeslot before enrolling. For the remainder of 2026, request the current timetable and available locations.

From academic year 2027, regular enrolment is limited to 12 students per onsite class and 14 per online class. Approved replacement students must fit within these limits.

A session may admit one additional one-off trial student, so total attendance will not exceed 13 onsite or 15 online. Please enquire about the applicable class arrangements for the remainder of 2026.

For a replacement lesson, switching modes is possible subject to availability and advance confirmation. Contact admin at 8841 3230 for an online replacement or Mr Daniel at 9365 1228 for an onsite replacement. An online-to-onsite replacement costs an additional $10, payable within two weeks after attendance. Other approved replacement combinations are free.

Fees and lesson allocations are non-transferable.

Online lessons take place through ClassIn. A working camera is required so that the student’s full face is visible during lessons. A writing tablet with a stylus is encouraged for Sketchpad activities because it is easier and more precise than using a mouse.

Students should use their full name in ClassIn and keep their full face visible during lessons, except during breaks or permitted brief absences. Report camera faults to Mr Daniel promptly and arrange a working camera before the next lesson. If a camera issue remains unresolved after two consecutive lessons, Mr Daniel may require a transfer to an onsite class or end online enrolment under the Handbook’s termination arrangements.

For 2026 enrolments, onsite students receive notes and worksheets during their first lesson. Online students have their materials mailed to their home address within two weeks after enrolment.

From academic year 2027, students receive the full current-year Bestminds Learning Pack. Bukit Timah onsite students collect their box in person. Tampines and Yishun onsite students, and all online students, receive their box by mail with no additional delivery charge. Boxes are mailed within two weeks after enrolment. Temporary PDFs will be provided if lessons begin before the box arrives.

The annual Learning Pack fee is $160 for P5 or $120 for P6 and is not prorated for later enrolment.

Mr Daniel Tay is the founder of Bestminds Academy, an NIE-trained former MOE teacher and a former PSLE Science marker. He is also the author of the Examiner’s Secrets Science books. He personally teaches every regular weekly class.

Every regular weekly class is taught personally by Mr Daniel Tay. Students therefore receive consistent teaching, expectations and guidance throughout the programme, without a handover to junior tutors.

Correctly submitted homework is marked by Bestminds’ appointed team, which includes former PSLE Science markers and Science Heads of Department. The team follows Bestminds’ standardised marking guidelines and provides written feedback to help students understand mistakes and improve their answers.

Yes. Homework is part of the programme. Submission for marking is encouraged but optional, and regular completion is strongly recommended.

Most homework is set Under Exam Conditions. Students must follow the stated time limit and complete it without reference materials, AI-generated answers or help from others. Corrections and answers copied during lesson review should be written in green pen. Full homework solutions are reviewed during the scheduled review lesson.

Send one clear, complete PDF of less than 20 MB by WhatsApp to admin at 8841 3230 within 72 hours after the lesson ends in your child’s original timeslot.

• Scan every answer page clearly, with correct orientation and no significant shadows or blur. Use a document-scanning app such as iPhone Notes or Google Drive on Android.
• Put MCQ answers on a separate answer sheet, OAS or blank paper. Do not scan the MCQ questions.
• Name the file with the assignment’s lesson number and your child’s full name, for example “L05HW John Lee”.
• Send one consolidated PDF per assignment. Separate PDFs will not be combined. The latest valid, complete version received before the deadline replaces earlier submissions.

For example, a Sunday lesson ending at 5.30 pm has a Wednesday 5.30 pm deadline. The WhatsApp message timestamp determines whether a submission is on time, even outside admin hours. Unreadable work may be resubmitted before the original deadline. Late work will not be marked; students should self-mark in green pen during review.

A family-requested replacement does not extend the deadline. If the replacement is after the deadline, the student should attempt the work and self-mark during review. If the Academy reschedules a lesson, we will communicate a revised deadline or self-marking arrangements. We aim to return correctly submitted homework before the next regular lesson and will inform parents of delays.

Mr Daniel checks understanding through class participation and students’ responses and work during lessons. Correctly submitted homework provides further evidence of understanding and answering skills, with written feedback to identify improvements needed. Parents can use marked homework to follow their child’s progress before school examinations.

Individual outcomes vary, and no particular grade can be guaranteed. Regular attendance, homework completion and willingness to make corrections are important. Our role is to provide teaching, structure and feedback; students need to participate and practise, with parents helping them maintain consistency.

Your child does not need to be strong in Science to join. Our P5 and P6 programme combines teaching, structured materials, homework feedback and available lesson recordings to support learning and revision. Class participation and marked work help identify areas that need attention.

Students should attend regularly, attempt their work independently and act on corrections. Please discuss your child’s needs with Mr Daniel so that class suitability can be considered. We do not guarantee a particular grade.

Wedonotclaim topredict or “spot” the exact questions that will appear in PSLE Science. Instead, we prepare students for the underlying concepts, process skills, question structures and application demands
that may be tested in unfamiliar situations. Mr Daniel Tay’s experience as a former PSLE Science marker helps
students understand how answers are assessed and what constitutes clear, scientifically precise reasoning.
Examination preparation should be based on mastery rather than gambling on predicted questions

For a lesson missed for personal reasons, your child may attend one replacement covering the same numbered lesson, subject to availability and advance confirmation. Contact admin at 8841 3230 for an online replacement or Mr Daniel at 9365 1228 for an onsite replacement. Do not attend a different class without confirmation.

Online-to-online, onsite-to-online and onsite-to-onsite replacements are free. Online-to-onsite replacements cost an additional $10, payable within two weeks after attendance. Fees for lessons missed for personal reasons are non-refundable.

If a suitable replacement is unavailable, regularly enrolled onsite and online students can review the corresponding available online recording on ClassIn. Trial students do not receive recording access. P5 access runs through 31 December and P6 access through the end of PSLE Science paper day, unless withdrawal or termination ends access earlier. Recordings may not be downloaded, shared or re-recorded. If a recording is unavailable, we will provide another available recording of the same numbered lesson or notify parents of alternative revision support.

If the Academy cancels a lesson, we first offer a live online or rescheduled live lesson. If no workable live replacement can be arranged, parents may choose a refund or credit at the lesson rate actually paid. A recording replaces an Academy-cancelled lesson only with the parent’s agreement.

Lessons missed for personal reasons follow the replacement and recording arrangements above, and their fees are non-refundable. If you wish to withdraw, give Mr Daniel at least 14 calendar days’ written notice.

Regular lessons continue during school holidays and most public holidays, except for the Academy’s published breaks and rescheduled lessons. School holidays alone do not create a replacement entitlement. Please refer to the Handbook’s calendar for the applicable year.

Give Mr Daniel at least 14 calendar days’ written notice. We will confirm the effective withdrawal date and the lessons included in the notice period. Scheduled lessons during that period count as used, whether attended or not.

For parent-requested withdrawal, the refund is the lesson fees paid for the prepaid package minus the undiscounted fees for all lessons counted as used, at the rates applicable when the package was purchased. Used lessons include scheduled lessons missed and notice-period lessons. The minimum refund is zero; this calculation does not create an additional payment obligation.

No administrative charge is deducted. Withdrawal refunds are paid within 14 working days after the effective cessation date. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Registration and Learning Pack fees are normally non-refundable.

If the Academy cannot offer a suitable class before the agreed regular programme start, all enrolment payments are refunded, including registration and Learning Pack fees. An attended trial is excluded. No withdrawal notice or administrative charge applies. Refunds are due within 14 working days after written confirmation; if confirmation is delayed beyond the agreed start date, they remain due within 14 working days after that start date.

If the Academy ends enrolment, unused prepaid lessons are refunded at the rate actually paid, without notice-period charges or recovery of discounts on completed lessons. Recording access ends on the effective withdrawal or termination date.

No. We do not believe in financially locking families in when a programme is not the right fit. Please inform us in writing within the required notice period so that billing can stop at the appropriate payment cycle.

Students must treat Mr Daniel and classmates respectfully, listen when others speak and avoid repeated disruption. Mr Daniel may mute or remove a student from an active session to stop disruption.

If disruption continues after a warning and parent notification, the Academy may end enrolment. Unused prepaid lessons are then refunded at the rate actually paid, without withdrawal-notice charges or recovery of discounts on completed lessons. Registration and Learning Pack fees follow the Handbook’s separate refund conditions.

For academic year 2027, every regular lesson lasts two hours. Fees are in Singapore dollars, and Bestminds Academy does not collect GST.

The standard initial payment includes four lessons, the $50 one-time registration fee and the annual Learning Pack fee of $160 for P5 or $120 for P6. Your quotation confirms the exact amount for your selected package. If fewer than four lessons remain before programme end, only the remaining lessons are charged.

The 2027 programme has 48 P5 lessons and 36 P6 lessons. Standard billing is every four lessons. Pay at least one week before the next cycle begins. Seats are held until the next cycle starts and may be released if fees remain unpaid after it begins.

For lessons during the remainder of 2026, please request the applicable fee quotation and lesson duration. Existing prepaid packages retain the financial terms agreed at purchase.

Yes. One trial lesson per child is available at $50, whether P5 or P6, onsite or online, subject to availability. Trial students do not receive access to lesson recordings. Attending a trial does not reserve or confirm a regular weekly seat.

Trial fees are normally non-refundable, subject to the programme-start refund exception in the published terms. A trial lesson already attended is excluded from that exception. Regular enrolment requires the applicable payment and confirmation of an available timeslot.

For the 2027 regular programme, there is a $50 one-time registration fee and an annual Bestminds Learning Pack fee of $160 for P5 or $120 for P6. The Learning Pack fee is not prorated and includes the full current-year materials and access to relevant earlier online recordings under the Handbook’s access conditions.

There is no additional delivery charge for mailed Learning Packs. An approved online-to-onsite replacement costs an additional $10. 

Payment is by PayNow only, to UEN 202502484D. Enter your child’s full name in the payment remarks and send the successful payment screenshot to Mr Daniel only at 9365 1228, not to admin. PayLah, Stripe, PayPal and credit cards are not accepted. 

Yes. The 12-lesson package gives a 3% discount on lesson fees and is available throughout the year. The annual package gives a 5% discount on lesson fees and is available only for enrolments in Term 1 or Term 2. Its quotation states the exact lessons covered.

Package discounts apply only to lesson fees, not registration or Learning Pack fees. For parent-requested withdrawal, used lessons are recalculated at their applicable undiscounted rates before the remaining refund is determined. The recalculation cannot create an additional payment obligation.

Yes. The referral programme is open to everyone; the referrer does not need to be a current student. When the referred student enrols for one full term of 12 lessons, the referrer receives $100 in cash. This replaces the former $50 referral reward. The referred student also receives a waiver of the $50 registration fee. 

Yes. Crash courses and workshops are scheduled separately from the regular weekly programme and may take place during breaks in regular lessons. The March Holiday Crash Course continues as separately scheduled during the regular-lesson break on 15 and 16 March 2027.

They serve different purposes and are not direct duplicates. “Examiner Secrets: How to Consistently Score AL1 for Science” is a standalone resource that focuses on examination thinking, answering techniques, commonmistakes and examiner expectations. Bestminds Academy tuition materials form part of our structured weekly curriculum and contain topic-specific teaching content, application questions, examination practice and lesson activities taught progressively during classes. There may naturally be some overlap in important Science principles and examination techniques, but the tuition materials are more closely integrated with the weekly lesson programme.

At onboarding, inform admin of food allergies or medical conditions relevant to class. You may also provide information about learning, accessibility, health or safety needs that is reasonably relevant to the safe and effective delivery of lessons. Provide a contactable emergency number and, where possible, an alternative emergency contact.

Students with food allergies must inform both admin and Mr Daniel and must not consume snacks from the snack bar. Please keep unwell students at home and use the available recording. If a child becomes unwell during an onsite lesson, we will contact the parent for prompt collection and let the child rest while waiting. 

Yes. Personalised Primary Science tuition is available at $250 per hour. Lessons may be conducted online or face-to-face at Yishun, Singapore 760286, subject to availability.

Regular enrolment includes structured learning materials, marking and written feedback for correctly submitted homework, available online lesson recordings and replacement arrangements subject to the Handbook’s conditions. Onboarding includes an All Level Announcements Group and a Class Group for homework and class information.

We set clear expectations for respectful behaviour, participation and student safety. Onsite students must remain in the classroom or designated waiting area until dismissal, except for permitted visits to nearby washrooms. Students must not leave the building during breaks.

All P5 and P6 students leave independently at lesson end. There is no supervision after dismissal or supervised collection service. Parents must arrange collection or onward travel and ensure their child understands the arrangement.

Online lessons are recorded for learning, revision and authorised internal purposes. Recordings may capture students’ names, images, voices and participation and are accessible to enrolled students in the relevant programme and authorised staff. Students and parents must not record lessons, download recordings or share them.

Before promotional use of identifiable student photographs, videos, voices, names, testimonials, work or results, we give parents at least 14 calendar days’ notice of the proposed material and channels. Parents may opt out at any time by writing to admin at 8841 3230 with the student’s name, without affecting enrolment or teaching support. We stop new promotional use and arrange removal from Academy-controlled online channels where reasonably practicable. Printed materials already distributed and copies outside our control cannot be recalled. Existing opt-outs remain effective.

Your child does not need to be a strong Science student before joining. We welcome students who are willing to participate, practise and act on feedback. Please tell us about relevant learning or medical needs before enrolment so that we can discuss class suitability. A place remains subject to availability and confirmation.

WhatsApp Mr Daniel at 9365 1228 to discuss the class and obtain a quotation. Before payment, we will agree in writing on the intended start date and acceptable class level, lesson mode, location where applicable, and times.

Pay the quoted lesson package and applicable registration and Learning Pack fees through PayNow to UEN 202502484D. Enter your child’s full name in the payment remarks and send the payment screenshot to Mr Daniel only. Standard enrolment covers four lessons, or the remaining lessons if fewer than four remain before programme end.

Priority follows the WhatsApp timestamp of the valid payment screenshot. A seat is confirmed only after full payment and Mr Daniel’s confirmation of an available timeslot. If your preferred class is full, we may offer another available class or priority waitlist placement. Payment alone does not guarantee a particular timeslot.

Your quotation will identify the lessons covered by your selected package. From academic year 2027, students receive the full current-year Bestminds Learning Pack regardless of joining date. Its annual fee is not prorated. Relevant earlier online lesson recordings are also available, subject to recording availability and the access periods below.

P5 students completing the programme retain recording access through 31 December of that academic year. P6 students completing the programme retain access through the end of their PSLE Science paper day. Early withdrawal or termination ends access on the effective cessation date.

Please contact Mr Daniel with your child’s level and preferred class. Joining depends on an available place, a suitable class and the lessons remaining. We will confirm the arrangements and fees before payment. If fewer than four lessons remain, the quotation will cover only those remaining lessons.

For the 2027 programme, we offer separate onsite and online classes:

• Bukit Timah: 170 Upper Bukit Timah Road, Bukit Timah Shopping Centre, #B2-13B. Sunday classes, approximately a two-minute sheltered walk from Beauty World MRT.
• Tampines: Blk 201E Tampines Street 23, #02-106, behind the McDonald’s at Tampines East CC. Saturday classes, approximately a ten-minute walk from Tampines East MRT.
• Yishun: Blk 156 Yishun Street 11, #01-497. Access the second floor through the rear entrance via Little Smarties Student Care. Friday classes, approximately a five-minute walk from Yishun MRT.
• Online: Live, interactive classes through ClassIn.

Regular classes are fully onsite or fully online, rather than a hybrid of both. Please confirm the available timeslot before enrolling. For the remainder of 2026, request the current timetable and available locations.

From academic year 2027, regular enrolment is limited to 12 students per onsite class and 14 per online class. Approved replacement students must fit within these limits.

A session may admit one additional one-off trial student, so total attendance will not exceed 13 onsite or 15 online. Please enquire about the applicable class arrangements for the remainder of 2026.

For a replacement lesson, switching modes is possible subject to availability and advance confirmation. Contact admin at 8841 3230 for an online replacement or Mr Daniel at 9365 1228 for an onsite replacement. An online-to-onsite replacement costs an additional $10, payable within two weeks after attendance. Other approved replacement combinations are free.

Fees and lesson allocations are non-transferable.

Online lessons take place through ClassIn. A working camera is required so that the student’s full face is visible during lessons. A writing tablet with a stylus is encouraged for Sketchpad activities because it is easier and more precise than using a mouse.

Students should use their full name in ClassIn and keep their full face visible during lessons, except during breaks or permitted brief absences. Report camera faults to Mr Daniel promptly and arrange a working camera before the next lesson. If a camera issue remains unresolved after two consecutive lessons, Mr Daniel may require a transfer to an onsite class or end online enrolment under the Handbook’s termination arrangements.

For 2026 enrolments, onsite students receive notes and worksheets during their first lesson. Online students have their materials mailed to their home address within two weeks after enrolment.

From academic year 2027, students receive the full current-year Bestminds Learning Pack. Bukit Timah onsite students collect their box in person. Tampines and Yishun onsite students, and all online students, receive their box by mail with no additional delivery charge. Boxes are mailed within two weeks after enrolment. Temporary PDFs will be provided if lessons begin before the box arrives.

The annual Learning Pack fee is $160 for P5 or $120 for P6 and is not prorated for later enrolment.

Mr Daniel Tay is the founder of Bestminds Academy, an NIE-trained former MOE teacher and a former PSLE Science marker. He is also the author of the Examiner’s Secrets Science books. He personally teaches every regular weekly class.

Every regular weekly class is taught personally by Mr Daniel Tay. Students therefore receive consistent teaching, expectations and guidance throughout the programme, without a handover to junior tutors.

Correctly submitted homework is marked by Bestminds’ appointed team, which includes former PSLE Science markers and Science Heads of Department. The team follows Bestminds’ standardised marking guidelines and provides written feedback to help students understand mistakes and improve their answers.

Yes. Homework is part of the programme. Submission for marking is encouraged but optional, and regular completion is strongly recommended.

Most homework is set Under Exam Conditions. Students must follow the stated time limit and complete it without reference materials, AI-generated answers or help from others. Corrections and answers copied during lesson review should be written in green pen. Full homework solutions are reviewed during the scheduled review lesson.

Send one clear, complete PDF of less than 20 MB by WhatsApp to admin at 8841 3230 within 72 hours after the lesson ends in your child’s original timeslot.

• Scan every answer page clearly, with correct orientation and no significant shadows or blur. Use a document-scanning app such as iPhone Notes or Google Drive on Android.
• Put MCQ answers on a separate answer sheet, OAS or blank paper. Do not scan the MCQ questions.
• Name the file with the assignment’s lesson number and your child’s full name, for example “L05HW John Lee”.
• Send one consolidated PDF per assignment. Separate PDFs will not be combined. The latest valid, complete version received before the deadline replaces earlier submissions.

For example, a Sunday lesson ending at 5.30 pm has a Wednesday 5.30 pm deadline. The WhatsApp message timestamp determines whether a submission is on time, even outside admin hours. Unreadable work may be resubmitted before the original deadline. Late work will not be marked; students should self-mark in green pen during review.

A family-requested replacement does not extend the deadline. If the replacement is after the deadline, the student should attempt the work and self-mark during review. If the Academy reschedules a lesson, we will communicate a revised deadline or self-marking arrangements. We aim to return correctly submitted homework before the next regular lesson and will inform parents of delays.

Mr Daniel checks understanding through class participation and students’ responses and work during lessons. Correctly submitted homework provides further evidence of understanding and answering skills, with written feedback to identify improvements needed. Parents can use marked homework to follow their child’s progress before school examinations.

Individual outcomes vary, and no particular grade can be guaranteed. Regular attendance, homework completion and willingness to make corrections are important. Our role is to provide teaching, structure and feedback; students need to participate and practise, with parents helping them maintain consistency.

Your child does not need to be strong in Science to join. Our P5 and P6 programme combines teaching, structured materials, homework feedback and available lesson recordings to support learning and revision. Class participation and marked work help identify areas that need attention.

Examination preparation should be based on mastery rather than gambling on predicted questions

For a lesson missed for personal reasons, your child may attend one replacement covering the same numbered lesson, subject to availability and advance confirmation. Contact admin at 8841 3230 for an online replacement or Mr Daniel at 9365 1228 for an onsite replacement. Do not attend a different class without confirmation.

Online-to-online, onsite-to-online and onsite-to-onsite replacements are free. Online-to-onsite replacements cost an additional $10, payable within two weeks after attendance. Fees for lessons missed for personal reasons are non-refundable.

If a suitable replacement is unavailable, regularly enrolled onsite and online students can review the corresponding available online recording on ClassIn. Trial students do not receive recording access. P5 access runs through 31 December and P6 access through the end of PSLE Science paper day, unless withdrawal or termination ends access earlier. Recordings may not be downloaded, shared or re-recorded. If a recording is unavailable, we will provide another available recording of the same numbered lesson or notify parents of alternative revision support.

If the Academy cancels a lesson, we first offer a live online or rescheduled live lesson. If no workable live replacement can be arranged, parents may choose a refund or credit at the lesson rate actually paid. A recording replaces an Academy-cancelled lesson only with the parent’s agreement.

Lessons missed for personal reasons follow the replacement and recording arrangements above, and their fees are non-refundable. If you wish to withdraw, give Mr Daniel at least 14 calendar days’ written notice.

Regular lessons continue during school holidays and most public holidays, except for the Academy’s published breaks and rescheduled lessons. School holidays alone do not create a replacement entitlement. Please refer to the Handbook’s calendar for the applicable year.

Give Mr Daniel at least 14 calendar days’ written notice. We will confirm the effective withdrawal date and the lessons included in the notice period. Scheduled lessons during that period count as used, whether attended or not.

For parent-requested withdrawal, the refund is the lesson fees paid for the prepaid package minus the undiscounted fees for all lessons counted as used, at the rates applicable when the package was purchased. Used lessons include scheduled lessons missed and notice-period lessons. The minimum refund is zero; this calculation does not create an additional payment obligation.

No administrative charge is deducted. Withdrawal refunds are paid within 14 working days after the effective cessation date. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. Registration and Learning Pack fees are normally non-refundable.

If the Academy cannot offer a suitable class before the agreed regular programme start, all enrolment payments are refunded, including registration and Learning Pack fees. An attended trial is excluded. No withdrawal notice or administrative charge applies. Refunds are due within 14 working days after written confirmation; if confirmation is delayed beyond the agreed start date, they remain due within 14 working days after that start date.

If the Academy ends enrolment, unused prepaid lessons are refunded at the rate actually paid, without notice-period charges or recovery of discounts on completed lessons. Recording access ends on the effective withdrawal or termination date.

No. We do not believe in financially locking families in when a programme is not the right fit. Please inform us in writing within the required notice period so that billing can stop at the appropriate payment cycle.

Students must treat Mr Daniel and classmates respectfully, listen when others speak and avoid repeated disruption. Mr Daniel may mute or remove a student from an active session to stop disruption.

If disruption continues after a warning and parent notification, the Academy may end enrolment. Unused prepaid lessons are then refunded at the rate actually paid, without withdrawal-notice charges or recovery of discounts on completed lessons. Registration and Learning Pack fees follow the Handbook’s separate refund conditions.

For academic year 2027, every regular lesson lasts two hours. Fees are in Singapore dollars, and Bestminds Academy does not collect GST.

The standard initial payment includes four lessons, the $50 one-time registration fee and the annual Learning Pack fee of $160 for P5 or $120 for P6. Your quotation confirms the exact amount for your selected package. If fewer than four lessons remain before programme end, only the remaining lessons are charged.

The 2027 programme has 48 P5 lessons and 36 P6 lessons. Standard billing is every four lessons. Pay at least one week before the next cycle begins. Seats are held until the next cycle starts and may be released if fees remain unpaid after it begins.

For lessons during the remainder of 2026, please request the applicable fee quotation and lesson duration. Existing prepaid packages retain the financial terms agreed at purchase.

Yes. One trial lesson per child is available at $50, whether P5 or P6, onsite or online, subject to availability. Trial students do not receive access to lesson recordings. Attending a trial does not reserve or confirm a regular weekly seat.

Trial fees are normally non-refundable, subject to the programme-start refund exception in the published terms. A trial lesson already attended is excluded from that exception. Regular enrolment requires the applicable payment and confirmation of an available timeslot.

Yes. The 12-lesson package gives a 3% discount on lesson fees and is available throughout the year. The annual package gives a 5% discount on lesson fees and is available only for enrolments in Term 1 or Term 2. Its quotation states the exact lessons covered.

Package discounts apply only to lesson fees, not registration or Learning Pack fees. For parent-requested withdrawal, used lessons are recalculated at their applicable undiscounted rates before the remaining refund is determined. The recalculation cannot create an additional payment obligation.

Yes. The referral programme is open to everyone; the referrer does not need to be a current student. When the referred student enrols for one full term of 12 lessons, the referrer receives $100 in cash. This replaces the former $50 referral reward. The referred student also receives a waiver of the $50 registration fee. 

Yes. Crash courses and workshops are scheduled separately from the regular weekly programme and may take place during breaks in regular lessons. The March Holiday Crash Course continues as separately scheduled during the regular-lesson break on 15 and 16 March 2027.
